Appointment Cancelation & No-Show Policy

Our optometry practice is committed to providing timely, high-quality eye care to all patients.

Late cancellations and missed appointments prevent us from offering those appointment times to other patients in need. To ensure fairness and efficient scheduling. We ask that you carefully review our cancellation and no-show policy.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations require at least 48 hours (two business days) notice.

  • First cancellation with less than 48 hours’ notice: No fee will be charged.

  • Second cancellation with less than 48 hours’ notice: A $50 fee will be charged.

  • Cancellation fees must be paid before scheduling a future appointment.

No-Shows

  • A no-show is defined as missing your scheduled appointment without notice.

  • First no-show: A $50 fee will be charged.

  • The no-show fee must be paid prior to scheduling your next appointment.

Appointment Reminders

To help you avoid missed appointments, we provide appointment reminders via text message:

  • 1 week prior

  • 4 days prior

  • 1 day prior

  • Morning of your appointment

Please confirm your appointment via text. If you confirm at the 7-day reminder, you will not receive the 4-day reminder.

Emergencies & Special Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. Fees may be waived at the discretion of the practice in the case of documented emergencies.
