Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy

*CANCELLATIONS*
Cancellations require at least 48 hours (two business days) notice.
First cancellation with less than 48 hours’ notice: No fee will be charged.
Second cancellation with less than 48 hours’ notice: A $50 fee will be charged.
Cancellation fee must be paid before scheduling a future appointment.

*NO-SHOWS*
A no-show is defined as missing your scheduled appointment without notice or same-day cancellation.
First no-show: A $50 fee will be charged.
No-show fee must be paid prior to scheduling your next appointment.

*Emergencies & Special Circumstances*
We understand that unexpected situations may arise. Fees may be waived at the discretion of the practice in the cases of documented emergencies.
